At HotProperty.au, we get it—sometimes things just aren’t the right fit. We’re here to make returns simple and stress-free.

Online Purchases

Changed your mind? No problem.

We offer refunds on eligible online purchases returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• With all original tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

• Note: Some exclusions apply—see list below

Please note:

• Return shipping is at your cost

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your item is received and approved

• We don’t offer exchanges—if you’re after something else, please place a new order

How to return an online order:

1. Email shop@hotproperty.au with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address

3. Send your item back using a tracked postal service

4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

In the Shop Purchases

For items purchased in the shop, we do not offer refunds.

You’re welcome to return your item for an exchange or credit note valid for future use.

Received something faulty or incorrect? We’re on it.

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email shop@hotproperty.au within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll guide you through what to do next.

Hot Property Online

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers will need to pay for the postage for the return.
